I work with clients to help reduce the emotional intensity of triggers from painful past experiences, improve self-esteem, reduce self-critical thoughts, and shift from feeling stuck in past experiences to live more fully in the present. I work with clients struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, along with providing support during big life transitions and perinatal mental health support. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotion Focused individual Therapy, and work from a trauma informed and attachment-based model to help get to the underlying root causes for day to day symptoms.
