My goal is simple: for you to leave feeling better equipped, regulated, empowered, and ready to thrive as your most authentic self!.

Finding the Help You Deserve
I'm passionate about working with people drowning in burnout, sitting in the heavy fog of grief and loss, navigating relationship challenges, or white-knuckling their way through life's curveballs. Whether life feels overwhelming, underwhelming, or has left you needing a place to scream and curse at the wind—you don't have to figure it out alone. I believe personal struggles are often connected to bigger systems and stories, and there's something powerful about exploring that together. In therapy, my role is to help you navigate relationships—to yourself, to others, and the world around you—through offering a space to process, reconnect with your nervous system, and identify tools and strategies for your unique needs. As a therapist with ADHD myself, I also get what it's like when your brain doesn't work the way the world expects it to, and how exhausting it is to navigate systems that weren't built with you in mind. I don't see ADHD or neurodivergence as something broken that needs fixing—it's simply how you experience the world. Together, we can develop accommodations that tailor your environment to work for you, rather than constantly trying to force yourself to fit. Ready to get started? Want to learn more first?
