Finding the Help You Deserve
Do you ever feel caught between who you are and who others expect you to be? Navigating identity, cultural pressures, and self-worth can feel heavy, especially when you’ve had to carry it alone. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome. My own journey began in therapy at 13, after years of bullying and isolation. As a bisexual South Asian immigrant, these early experiences shaped my path to helping others feel seen, valued, and supported in their healing. I’m passionate about supporting BIPOC, immigrant, and LGBTQIA+ clients exploring self-esteem, racial and cultural identity, belonging, and resilience. My approach is person-centred, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. I draw from psychodynamic, CBT, and solution-focused therapies to support your growth and healing. Whether you’re processing intergenerational wounds, managing anxiety, or navigating complex family dynamics, therapy can help make sense of your experiences. I understand how cultural and personal histories shape us. Together, we’ll create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported. I offer low-cost and sliding-scale options to help make therapy affordable and accessible. Book a free 30-minute consultation to connect and see if we’re a good fit!
