As a Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Certified CBT Coach with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, I integrate my background as a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Kundalini/Hatha Yoga Teacher to offer a holistic, mind-body approach to healing. My practice blends structured psychological strategies with somatic and mindfulness-based practices to support the whole person. I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma through evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and somatic therapy. I also offer mindset coaching and skill development to cultivate resilience, self-compassion, and growth. For clients living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), I provide Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)—the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for OCD—within a compassionate, collaborative framework.
