To me, therapy is both science and art: grounded in evidence, yet shaped by the unique story and lived experience of each individual..
Finding the Help You Deserve
My ideal clients are individuals and couples who value self-growth and are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Many come to therapy feeling stuck-whether in patterns of anxiety, self-criticism, or disconnection in their relationships-and want a safe space to explore these challenges with curiosity rather than judgment. At Echo & Insight Psychotherapy, I work with people who may notice how the echoes of past experiences continue to shape their present lives, sometimes in ways that feel limiting or overwhelming. Their goals often include building healthier communication, cultivating self-compassion, navigating life transitions, or strengthening their relationships. As both a therapist and a creative, I bring a lens that values exploration, perspective, and new ways of seeing. I do my best to integrate this into the work, helping clients uncover not only insight but also possibilities for growth that feel authentic and empowering. Drawing from approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method for couples, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I support clients in gaining clarity and emotional awareness while also equipping them with practical skills. My style is collaborative and compassionate-I meet clients where they are, while encouraging them to move toward the change and healing they are ready for. If this resonates with you, I’d be glad to connect. Whether you’re seeking individual or couples therapy, I’d love to learn more about your story and what you hope for moving forward.
