I hold a personal connection to PCOS/Endometriosis knowing firsthand how debilitating it can be and want to help others experiencing this as well. I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach to therapy, creating a safe space to build coping skills, identify strengths, bring new perspectives, explore thoughts & feelings, and foster self-authenticity.
