Welcome! My name is Nicole and I have over 20 years of experience working in the field of mental health.  I believe that everyone has a light within them  - a source of resilience, strength and possibility. Sometimes, life's challenges and emotional layers can make that light feel dim or hidden.  My role as your therapist is to walk alongside you on your healing journey, supporting you as you uncover and nurture that light. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse client base with various mental health concerns, personal and interpersonal stressors as they navigate through life. I believe in the inherent worth of all individuals and I am passionate about the importance of a holistic approach to healing which encompasses physical health, mental well-being and spiritual health for you to thrive throughout life's challenges.  My approach is compassionate, collaborative and grounded in an anti-oppressive framework that welcomes people of all backgrounds and experiences. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where you can be fully seen and supported while building upon your inherent strengths.
