When you become curious about your inner world, healing begins to unfold naturally.
Finding the Help You Deserve
Life has a way of changing faster than we can keep up with. Even small shifts can unsettle you in ways that feel hard to explain. A relationship may no longer feel the same, work may demand more than you have to give, or a routine that once grounded you might suddenly stop offering comfort. As someone who has moved countries and navigated major life transitions personally, I understand how these shifts can quietly reshape how you see yourself and your life. When these moments build, feelings that never had space to be understood can return and feel heavier than you imagined. You might feel waves of anxiety or sadness that do not match the situation or a heaviness you can’t put into words. It can feel confusing to react so strongly when you are trying to keep going. Therapy can offer a space where these reactions are understood with compassion and where you can speak to what you have been holding inside. My Approach I believe you already carry the insight and strength needed to move forward. Therapy is a space to reconnect with those parts of yourself and better understand the experiences that shaped you. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, where we explore how your past and early relationships shape the emotions and patterns that show up today. This understanding can bring relief, clarity and a deeper sense of connection to yourself. I also integrate Emotion Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you notice patterns with compassion and slowly practice new ways of responding that feel more supportive. Our time together is collaborative and centered on your growth. It is not about fixing who you are but understanding the parts of you that have been doing their best to cope.
