To share your weakness is to make yourself vulnerable; to make yourself vulnerable is to show your strength.
Finding the Help You Deserve
Different stages of life bring unique challenges that can feel overwhelming at any age. Through both my personal and professional experiences, I have seen that while humans are inherently resilient, we all need support from time to time. If you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling with daily stressors, or navigating long-term challenges, please know that you do not have to face them alone. I work with adolescents (12+), young adults, and families as they navigate challenges related to relationships, grief, loss, trauma, anxiety, and other stressors that may interfere with daily functioning. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals from BIPOC communities and draw from my South Asian background to offer culturally responsive and culturally sensitive care. I recognize the complex ways culture, family dynamics, intergenerational experiences, and identity can shape mental health and well-being. My goal is to help clients build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and foster meaningful, sustainable change. My approach to counselling is holistic and client-centered. I draw from a range of therapeutic perspectives, including narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy. This integrative style allows me to tailor each session to your unique needs rather than relying on a single modality. If my profile resonates with you, send me an email and we can chat!
