I aim to create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s been weighing on you at your own pace..

Finding the Help You Deserve
I am a PsyD doctoral student working under the supervision of a Clinical Psychologist, and my aim is to offer you a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space to share what’s on your mind. At your own pace, we’ll explore the relationships, life events, and patterns that have shaped your experiences. My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and rooted in evidence-based practice. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic and existential approaches. I tailor these strategies to your unique needs and goals, with the aim of helping you define and build meaningful momentum in your life. Therapy is a space to be heard, feel understood, and make meaningful change. I'm here to walk that path with you.
