Even in struggle, there is hope. Together we’ll find new ways forward, one step at a time..

Finding the Help You Deserve
Living with anxiety, depression, or stress can feel overwhelming and isolating. Racing thoughts, constant worry, or the heavy fog of low mood can make even daily tasks feel impossible. Many describe feeling like they’re “going through the motions” while carrying an invisible weight. I understand how exhausting it can be to hold these struggles alone. In therapy, you’ll find a calm, supportive space where your feelings are validated and your voice truly matters. Together, we’ll focus on practical tools to ease distress in the present, while also exploring the deeper patterns and experiences that may be contributing to your pain. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, hopeful, and connected to yourself and your life. For many, finding a therapist who understands cultural background and identity is just as important as addressing symptoms. As a South Asian therapist, I bring the richness of three cultures, four languages, and the perspective of being both a first- and third-generation immigrant. These experiences allow me to empathize with the immigrant journey across generations and understand how culture, family expectations, and identity shape mental health. Whether you’re navigating grief, perfectionism, ADHD, neurodivergence, relationship struggles, or life transitions, I tailor therapy to your needs. My approach integrates evidence-based practices including existential therapy, parts work (IFS), and ACT. This balance allows us to blend strategies for managing immediate challenges with deeper exploration that supports resilience and growth. I have worked with individuals from many cultural, spiritual, and religious backgrounds, and I proudly stand as an ally to LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. My practice is compassionate, client-centered, and culturally sensitive — never one-size-fits-all. Above all, I prioritize safety, inclusivity, and collaboration, so you feel supported in exploring the changes you hope to make. Let's begin this journey together.
