Finding the Help You Deserve
Feeling alone with your emotions? I get it, life can be really hard. You might be feeling overwhelmed by life stressors, navigating significant life changes and struggling to adjust, seeking support for emotion regulation or wanting to understand yourself better. All feelings and experiences are welcomed. Let’s chat about it in a judgment free space and work through those difficult feelings together. We can dive into past/present experiences at your own pace, while welcoming hard truths and inviting self-compassion into the conversation. That way, you can leave a session feeling more capable and attuned with yourself. Our first session together will be free. I offer online therapy sessions via video with availabilities in the evenings and on the weekend. In a session with me, you can can expect to be welcomed with a virtual cheers. Showing up for yourself deserves recognition and every time you join a session, you are choosing you. Whether it’s water in your favourite tumbler or coffee in your comfort mug, together we will cheers to you, because you are worthy of a cheers. If we work together, you can expect to feel empowered to honour your own needs through collaborative introspection. We will create a goal-focused plan that addresses your concerns and feels right for you, so that you can feel less overwhelmed, more self-assured, content, and equipped to embrace all emotions. I am rooted in feminist perspectives, cultural humility, as well as attachment and trauma-informed care. I lead with curiosity in a nonjudgmental, strengths-based approach and strive to view people holistically.
