My goal is to meet you where you are, encourage open dialogue, and foster mutual trust as we walk alongside each other in the process of self-discovery and growth. I take a relational, person-centred, and trauma-informed approach, viewing you as the expert in your own life. I strive to be warm, approachable, and deeply empathetic, bringing patience and a non-judgmental presence to every session. As an integrative therapist, I pull from more than one therapeutic approach to meet your needs and preferences. Some approaches include mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I support navigating life transitions, emotion regulation, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and mood disorders.
