Finding the Help You Deserve
My work is for people who feel anxious, burned out, or weighed down but can’t quite explain why. You might be holding it together on the outside but feeling wired, tired, or disconnected inside. Maybe you’ve tried therapy or medication before, and it helped for a while, but something still feels off. You sense that your mind and body are talking to each other, but you just don’t know how to listen yet. Most of the people I work with are dealing with a mix of stress, low mood, anxiety, or the effects of old experiences that still show up in how they think, feel, and even how their body reacts. Sometimes it looks like trouble sleeping, low energy, constant worry, or physical symptoms that don’t make sense on paper. You’re not broken, your system is just overwhelmed and asking for attention in different ways. Your goal is probably to feel steady again. To wake up with energy. To stop second guessing yourself. To finally feel like you’re living instead of managing. That’s where I come in. I blend traditional therapy methods like CBT, DBT, and EMDR with body based practices, breathwork, and functional medicine tools that help us understand what’s happening beneath the surface. We look at how stress and past experiences shape your body and your mind, and we build a plan that helps you feel calm, clear, and balanced again. My approach is warm, honest, and grounded. I’ll challenge you when it’s helpful and support you when it’s hard. The process isn’t about fixing you, it’s about helping you reconnect with yourself so you can finally feel like you’re in charge of your own wellbeing.
