My ideal clients are individuals and couples navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and deeply personal challenges, especially in the areas of fertility, pregnancy and postpartum, women’s health, grief, and relationships. Many of my clients come to therapy after trying to cope on their own, only to find themselves feeling stuck, disconnected, or burdened by cycles of stress, self-doubt, or worry. Their struggles may include grief or loss, relationship strain, fertility stress, postpartum changes, or body image and self-esteem concerns. Others may be coping with anxiety, overthinking, or insomnia that affects their quality of life. No matter the presenting concern, they share a desire for greater calm, clarity, and connection—with themselves, their partners, and their lives. Their goals often include building resilience, cultivating self-compassion, and creating meaningful, lasting change. As Clinical Director of The Jade Group, I offer a compassionate, integrative approach that is tailored to each person’s needs. Drawing from evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, EFT, and solution-focused work, I provide both practical strategies and space for deeper reflection. While techniques are important, I believe healing begins with relationship. My priority is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel seen, respected, and supported from the very first session. Therapy with me is collaborative: we set goals together, track progress, and adjust as life evolves. I see my role as walking alongside clients while offering tools, insight, and encouragement as they move toward the life they want to live.
