Healing begins when we listen to the body, mind & heart, and gently rewrite the stories that shaped our pain. Heart-centred care matters..
Finding the Help You Deserve
My ideal client is someone who feels like they’ve been carrying emotional weight for far too long—whether it’s the lingering effects of trauma, the exhaustion of burnout, or the quiet ache of grief. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, or chronic stress, and despite trying various approaches—self-help tools, supplements, lifestyle changes—they still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Often, they’re highly sensitive, deeply introspective, and yearning for a healing process that honors their whole being—not just their symptoms. These clients are seeking more than quick fixes. Their goals include feeling safe in their own bodies, reclaiming emotional balance, and reconnecting with a sense of purpose and vitality. They want to understand the root causes of their distress, not just manage it. Many are in transition—moving through loss, recovering from illness or addiction, or stepping into a new phase of life—and they’re looking for support that’s both compassionate and transformative. This is where my work comes in. I offer trauma-informed counselling that gently integrates somatic and mind-body techniques, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. My approach is paced and attuned to each person’s nervous system, creating a space where safety and trust can grow. I help clients regulate their stress responses, release stored tension, and reframe their stories to highlight resilience and possibility. Whether we’re working through grief, rebuilding after burnout, or healing from trauma, I meet each client with warmth, curiosity, and respect for their unique journey. I believe healing happens in connection—with ourselves, with others, and with the natural world around us. If you’re feeling stuck, tired, or unsure where to begin, know that you’re not alone. I invite you to reach out. Together, we can create a space where healing is not only possible, but deeply felt. I work with adults, youth, children, and offer my sessions in English or Tagalog.
