I work with youth and adults who are tired of feeling like they have to do it all alone. My clients are often navigating anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, trauma, or a disconnection from themselves. Many come from racialized or marginalized backgrounds, where emotional support wasn’t accessible or safe to ask for. I use an integrative approach blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Somatic Psychotherapy and Felt Sense work to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and rewire unhelpful patterns. In our work, we’ll move beyond just talking. We’ll build real, embodied change. You’ll learn how to slow down, get out of your head, and into a place of clarity and self-trust. We’ll explore the root of your struggles — not to dwell on the past, but to create lasting freedom. Therapy with me is honest, compassionate, and grounded.
