My work is grounded in the belief that healing comes from within, and that you are the expert of your own life. I support clients facing anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, attachment wounds, and relationship challenges. I'm passionate about helping clients heal from their past, childhood experiences, and family / relationship dynamics. My approach is relational and humanistic, integrating psychodynamic, parts work (IFS), emotion-focused and attachment-focused modalities.
