“Life is a spark between two eternities of darkness; the only thing that matters is how we live it.” - Irvin Yalom.

Finding the Help You Deserve
My clients tend to be people who think deeply about their lives. They’ve spent years doing what’s expected of them, like caring for others, keeping it together, or striving to do the “right” thing, but somewhere along the way, they lost sight of themselves. They come to therapy not because something is obviously wrong, but because they feel disconnected from who they are, anxious about what their life has become, or unsure how to move forward. They are often tired of surface-level solutions and want to look honestly at themselves and their lives in a way that feels real. Your challenges might include anxiety, self-doubt, or the lingering impact of growing up around emotional immaturity or chaos. Many have learned to survive by suppressing their needs or performing versions of themselves that feel safe but inauthentic. Some are navigating the complexities of trauma, identity, or relationship patterns that keep them stuck. Their goals aren’t about quick fixes, they’re about rediscovering meaning, learning to live with choice, and finding the courage to take responsibility for their own becoming. Existential therapy is not about symptom management, it’s about self-understanding. My work invites clients to step out of autopilot and explore the deeper layers of who they are, what they value, and how they want to live. Together, we uncover the patterns that shape your life and create space for honesty, depth, and change. I show up as myself in the room: human, curious, grounded, and truly invested in the version of you that has been waiting to take centre stage, and I invite you to do the same. Therapy, as I see it, is a place to return to yourself and begin living with greater awareness and freedom.
