Finding the Help You Deserve
I offer support to those navigating identity exploration, interpersonal challenges, anxiety, trauma, depression, and major life transitions. As a Filipino, first-generation immigrant woman, my lived experiences and clinical work shape how I approach therapy — I’m especially committed to supporting 2SLGBTQ clients and those from immigrant, racialized, or culturally diverse backgrounds who may be carrying complex and unique emotional and social histories. I am a Counselling Psychology student at the University of Ottawa with over 300 hours of counselling-related experience. My approach is integrative and client-centred, drawing from person-centred, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed care. I aim to co-create a collaborative and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or returning to it, I strive to make our work together feel supportive, reflective, and meaningful. If this resonates with you, I’d be glad to connect.
