Your needs aren’t a burden—they’re a map back to you..

Finding the Help You Deserve
Who I’m here for I work best with adults who grew up navigating emotional abuse or inconsistent caregiving. You’re smart and capable—and often exhausted from carrying everything alone. You may feel anxious, hyper-independent, and unsure how to trust, even when part of you longs for closeness. What you’re facing You might notice people-pleasing, second-guessing yourself, or shutting down during conflict. Boundaries feel fuzzy. Relationships can feel like tests. School and work pull you forward, while old pain tugs you back. You want relief from rumination, overwhelm, and the fear that needing others makes you “too much.” What you want To feel safe in your body. To name your needs without apology. To build steadier relationships. To soften self-criticism and cultivate self-respect. To move through grief and past experiences without them defining you. How I support you I offer a calm, collaborative space grounded in attachment, psychodynamic, and IFS-informed care. Together we’ll slow down your nervous system, map the patterns that keep you stuck, and practice gentle, doable steps—like boundary language, parts-aware self-compassion, and repair skills—so change holds outside the session. I move at your pace, with consent and clarity, aligned with CRPO standards. If this sounds like you, you’re not “too much”—you’re hurting, and that matters. Reach out when you’re ready; I’m here to meet you where you are and walk with you from there.
