Finding the Help You Deserve
Seeking support takes courage, and asking for help is a brave step toward change. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I work with individuals (16+), couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, and self-esteem issues. With a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychotherapy and experience across private practice, insurance, government, and university settings, I bring a well-rounded perspective to therapy. Using an integrated approach, I tailor strategies to meet your unique needs and goals, combining evidence-based techniques with compassionate guidance. At the heart of my practice is a collaborative, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and safe to explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we can identify patterns that may be holding you back and develop practical strategies to cope with life’s challenges. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for healing and growth, and through it we work to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. Together, we can also work toward increased self-awareness, stronger relationships, and a greater sense of balance and confidence. Whether your goal is managing stress, improving communication, healing from past experiences, or fostering personal growth, my aim is to support you every step of the way.
