I am an MACP practicum student offering therapy for individuals who want to feel more grounded, confident, and at ease within themselves. Many of the people I work with describe feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, or guilt, often trying to hold everything together while quietly feeling overwhelmed. My goal is to provide a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to explore what has been keeping you stuck. Together, we can make sense of your thoughts and emotions and uncover practical ways to find relief and clarity. I use approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to support you in building coping skills and self-trust. If you have been struggling with anxiety, low mood, or the weight of perfectionism and pressure, therapy can be a space to breathe and reconnect with yourself. You do not have to go through it alone, healing begins with being heard.
