Finding the Help You Deserve
Neurodivergent-affirming therapist with over four years of experience creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and understood. My goal is to foster an environment where vulnerability feels safe and meaningful change can occur over time, rather than through quick fixes. By building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and collaboration, clients are empowered to explore new perspectives, develop coping skills, and move toward personal growth. I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and various forms of abuse, including physical, verbal, emotional, psychological, sexual, and narcissistic abuse. Using a client-centred and trauma-informed approach, I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
