Finding the Help You Deserve
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD, and I specialize in supporting people living with chronic conditions such as scoliosis and chronic back pain. With a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology, I also work closely with athletes to address performance challenges, injury recovery, identity, and transitions in and out of sport. If you’ve found yourself here, it may be because you’ve reached a point where you’re ready for support—and I would be glad to help. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy, I tailor therapy to your needs. This might mean reducing anxiety and avoidance, quieting repetitive intrusive thoughts, improving focus and performance, easing chronic pain so you can return to the activities you enjoy, or navigating the unique challenges of scoliosis. You don’t have to face these struggles alone. Together, we can work toward meaningful change and a better quality of life.
