I offer experiential and depth-oriented virtual therapy for adults seeking support navigating identity shifts, neurodivergence and alternative relationships. My approach blends existential, relational and experiential psychotherapies grounded in presence, imagination and psychological insight. My style is grounded, collaborative and sometimes a bit irreverent. This is a space where symbolic ways of knowing – dreams, tarot and ritual – can be included if they resonate with you but are never imposed if they don't. Whether we’re working towards making changes or uncovering the deeper narratives that shape you, we’ll follow what feels most alive.
