Finding the Help You Deserve

Tattooed, neurospicy, and here for the people who have seen some things. In sessions I show up real — usually in leggings, a hoodie, and with a holistic and non-pathologizing approach. I don’t wear a blazer and I won’t ask you to journal your way through trauma, anxiety and systemic failure. The world right now is especially heavy and feeling that doesn’t mean you’re broken. I work with people who carry a lot: the ones who run toward the chaos — nurses, cops, medics, veterans, dispatchers, therapists. You hold it together for everyone else. I see that — I’m here to hold space, and won’t flinch when it gets messy. I offer therapy + assessments (ADHD, mood, personality, MVA, STD/LTD/RTW) for clarity, accommodations, or insurance. I'm somatically trained — but you don't have to take up yoga to work with me, and I blend Eastern vibes with Western science to help you get out of your head and back into your body. Life leaves a mark — sometimes in ways we don’t even realize. In our work together, we’ll get curious about what’s showing up, process what needs processing, and help you move forward without carrying what isn’t yours.
