Healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and understood—I strive to create a space where your story is honored, your resilience is nurtured,.

Finding the Help You Deserve
My ideal client is someone who is ready to engage in personal growth and healing. This could be a teen (11+), an adult, or an older adult who is feeling burdened by anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, low self-worth, grief, or difficulties with parenting or children’s emotional/behavioral issues. They may come from diverse cultural, linguistic, or socio-economic backgrounds, including newcomers, immigrants, refugees, racialized communities, Indigenous peoples, or those navigating multicultural identity or transition. I provide trauma-informed, integrative therapy, tailoring each session to you and drawing from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and mindfulness. I meet you where you are, honoring your history and unique needs. I offer therapy in multiple languages to reduce barriers and help you feel truly seen and heard. i also work with interpreters across many different languages with the clients. With cultural responsiveness at the core of my work, I understand the experiences of immigrants, newcomers, multicultural stressors, discrimination, and identity challenges. Above all, I strive to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where your vulnerability is honored, and you feel comfortable sharing even the most difficult or deeply personal parts of your story.
