Finding the Help You Deserve
Hello, and thanks for reaching out. This first step takes courage and may feel a little strange. Often life's challenges feel stressful and isolating, but they are usually easier to manage with community and support. I have experience working with people living with anxiety, stress, chronic pain and illness, family issues, burnout, and trauma. If these are things you are currently dealing with or have always dealt with, I'd love the opportunity to speak with you more and hear your story. I use a person-centered approach while bringing focus to the nervous system and self compassion. I believe we need to attune to ourselves to withstand life's challenges, but that's hard to do when we are dysregulated. Therefore, dismantling our negative inner thoughts, beliefs, and judgments is crucial to accepting ourselves as we are and where we're at.
