I believe the heart of effective therapy lies in building a strong, trusting relationship between the client and the therapist. That connection is always my top priority. I take a collaborative approach, where you are actively involved in the process, because I’ve seen how much more meaningful and lasting growth can be when we work together as a team. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, encouragement, and guidance as you work toward your goals and find relief from distress. Ultimately, my hope is to create a space where you feel empowered to discover greater happiness, balance, and well-being in your life. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I draw from different styles of therapy so that the work we do together is tailored to your unique needs. Depending on what feels most helpful for you, I may integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Internal Family Systems, trauma informed approaches, and more. This flexible style means we can adapt our work together in a way that feels natural and effective for you.
