Hi, I’m Youssef Shehata. I’m a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with a background in both science and therapy, and I work with men, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges, whether that’s anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, or the pressures of modern masculinity and fatherhood. I draw on evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and psychodynamic therapy, to help clients explore patterns, understand emotions, and work through underlying issues. My training in psychology and chemistry allows me to provide guidance that’s both structured and compassionate. I create a space where clients feel safe to explore their struggles, develop practical tools, and make meaningful changes. I’ve worked with people navigating high-impact life events, relationship challenges, fatherhood, sexual health concerns, depression and anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and addictions, including sex addiction. I also integrate spirituality when it’s relevant to the client’s growth. My goal is to help you strengthen relationships, manage emotions, and feel more grounded in your life, all while collaborating in a way that feels real, supportive, and human.
