Finding the Help You Deserve
I work with adults who feel like they’ve been trying to hold everything together while silently struggling. Many of my clients are late-diagnosed neurodivergent folks or people living with chronic pain and illness, who often feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. They come to therapy wanting relief from anxiety and depression, clarity about who they are, and practical strategies to build a life that feels sustainable and meaningful. In our work together, I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can be your real, unpolished self. I use an integrative approach that combines somatic awareness, emotion-focused therapy, narrative and strengths-based to help you tune into your body, understand your emotions, and create strategies that actually fit your life. My goal is to help you move from survival mode toward a sense of empowerment, self-compassion, and genuine connection with yourself and others.
