Hi, my name is Shaye! Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, relationships challenges, or the effects of trauma? Life can feel difficult to navigate at times, but you're not alone. Slowing down and reconnecting with yourself in therapy can be a great starting point toward the change you want to see. I work as a relational therapist supporting clients in personal growth and living in alignment with what matters most to them. Chronic stress and trauma can disconnect us from ourselves. My role is to walk alongside you as we uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and help you experience life and relationships with more ease and confidence. I have a special interest in working with client's navigating perfectionism, people pleasing, family conflict, boundary-setting, and attachment trauma. In our sessions, you'll find a safe and supportive place to unpack your thoughts and feelings. Together we'll develop goals and tools tailored to your unique needs.
