Finding the Help You Deserve
Do you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or worn down by stress? You might feel stuck in familiar patterns of worry, people-pleasing, or pushing yourself to keep going, even when you are exhausted. I believe that even when anxiety or burnout feels consuming, you already carry the capacity for change. At the same time, I recognize that we cannot always think or talk our way into feeling better. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, tune into your experience, and gently engage in experiential strategies when just “talking about it” isn’t enough. Together, we work to understand what is driving your concerns and reconnect with a steadier, more compassionate relationship with yourself. I work with individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is collaborative and integrative. Through our work, we can focus on understanding your patterns, building practical tools to manage anxiety, and creating changes that feel sustainable and supportive.
