I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) focused on helping children, teens, families, and adults. Build lifelong coping skills.

Finding the Help You Deserve
I believe every individual is the expert on their own lives, and that each has innate strengths to draw upon. I have helped people grow, notice patterns, and gain insights, and thereby, to reclaim control of their lives. I appreciate that the past plays a big role in shaping who we are and how we view and manage situations, and so I respect each person’s upbringing, experiences, and differences: these make us unique! As such, I recognize no single model or intervention works for everyone – there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach. Instead, I tailor sessions and interventions for you and your specific issues, experiences, and needs. With empathy and compassion, I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel heard and understood. From there, I can help you to gain insight and better understand your experiences, then work collaboratively with you to address the issues you are facing. Through this, I aim to help you to find hope, move forward, and ultimately, reach your goals. Need help on where to start? Visit my webpage for more information or to book your first session! To see if we are the right fit to work together, you can also book a free 15-minute phone consultation there. Otherwise, feel free to contact me by phone or email if you have further questions.
