Think of me as your GPS; you set the destination and I’ll guide you, redirecting along the way. I specialize in trauma, using approaches like EMDR and somatic work to help you make sense of your past and lower the levels of distress from those memories. Married/together for 15 years, I also appreciate the complexities that relationships can bring.
