Your story, your voice, your pace — therapy is about connecting you back to yourself..

Finding the Help You Deserve
Sometimes, the loudest voices in our lives aren’t our own. A lot of South Asian clients I work with feel caught between family expectations, cultural pressures, and their own needs. In your 20s or 30s, it can feel like you’re supposed to have it all figured out—career, relationships, family—but inside you feel stuck, anxious, or unsure who you really are. Sometimes it shows up as stress or burnout, other times as depression or trauma that hasn’t had space to heal. Therapy with me is about real conversations, not clinical checklists. I bring cultural awareness and lived understanding of the South Asian experience, while also keeping things down-to-earth (and even light when it helps). Together, we’ll work on building self-esteem, setting boundaries, and helping you reconnect with your own voice—the one that often gets lost when you’re trying to meet everyone else’s expectations. I work with South Asian Millennials and Gen Zs who want to stop living life on autopilot and start living in a way that feels more authentic. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or the weight of family and cultural pressures, I’m here to support you in creating balance that actually works for you. If you’ve been waiting for a space where you don’t have to explain yourself, where you can just be—you’ve found it.
