Finding the Help You Deserve
Are you navigating feelings of sadness, anxiety, isolation, or uncertainty? You’re not alone, and support is within reach. Hi, I’m Emma, and I am currently completing my internship as part of the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program through Yorkville University. I am deeply committed to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s ups and downs and rediscover the strength that already lives within them. Having personally experienced the transformative power of therapy, I strive to create a space that is safe, inclusive, and welcoming. I understand how vulnerable it can be to open up, and I aim to foster a therapeutic relationship rooted in empathy, insight, and non-judgment. I bring a compassionate and grounded presence that invites genuine connection and emotional safety. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, meaning we work together at a pace that feels right for you. I am most interested in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused techniques, and person-centered approaches. These frameworks reflect my belief that healing begins by meeting you where you are and supporting you in ways that align with your unique goals and values.
