I share a common human experience with my clients and appreciate our journeys. We will endeavour to understand these challenges and I will support you in taking steps that would benefit you. I use a variety of therapeutic styles: DBT, CBT, internal family systems, emotion focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, harm-reduction, brief solution focused therapy and the triphasic model of trauma therapy. We will collaborate on a therapeutic plan and strategies to practice that would benefit you on your journey.
