Finding the Help You Deserve

Life has a way of overwhelming us. Sometimes a quiet anxiety, other times a roaring river of emotion. Whatever the case may be we find ourselves struggling alone, but this doesn't have to be the case. A strong mind can whether any storm, and a strong spirit can become a guiding light in the darkness. Therapy is a collaborative process which helps to keep us rooted, strengthening the mind and spirit against the turbulence of life. My name is Ryan. During my life I’ve worked with people from the ages of 7-64; on cognitive, emotional, and behavioral issues. I’ve also worked with white, aboriginal, and immigrant populations. If you need help, I'm here for you. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and deeply rooted in empathy and understanding. Together, we'll look at the patterns that are holding back your growth. We will work towards building greater confidence and clarity, so that you can find peace in your daily life.
