I’m a trained psychotherapist with a Master’s in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling and Psychotherapy. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and shaped by methods like DBT, CBT, and mindfulness. I’ve supported clients of all ages—teens to older adults—through a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns. As a BIPOC counsellor who speaks English, Hindi, Tamil, and Sourashtra, I understand the importance of culture, language, and identity in the healing process. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space—especially for those who have felt unseen or silenced. Whatever you’re carrying, you’re not alone.
