Finding the Help You Deserve
Weekday evening and Saturday availability – In collaboration participants are invited to identify and prioritize the topics most meaningful to them. These may include exploring identities, values, and strengths; building awareness; and unlearning or healing from self-identified harmful experiences. I offer a collaborative space to explore awareness, healing, and growth. My approach is integrative, drawing on person-centred, narrative, acceptance and commitment, and solution-focused therapies. We create a dynamic process that considers not only individual experiences but also the social, collective, and intergenerational influences that shape them. As a non-judgmental and empathetic therapist, together we explore your values, goals, challenges and strengths. I've worked with a spectrum of folks who align with various neuro/gender/sexual/disable/cultural identities, relationship styles, financial/safety needs, anti-capitalist and non-heteronormative values.
